Installation options
The installation of Calitec systems and cylinders must be undertaken by a heat pump installer and plumber, in accordance with New Zealand building codes and local regulations.
We understand that choosing the right installers is crucial to the success of your project. You have two options for your installation:
1) Use your own Qualified Installers*
If you already have a trusted and qualified plumber and/or heat pump installer, you're more than welcome to use them for the installation of the Calitec system and cylinder.
We understand the value of established partnerships and the confidence that comes with working with familiar professionals. The installation of a Calitec system is not rocket science, and we trust your chosen experts to handle it efficiently and professionally.
If you opt to use your own qualified installers, refer them to (or download) the Calitec Quick Installers Info, and Users Guide, which provides them with all the necessary details for a smooth installation.
Should they require additional technical information or assistance, we are here to support them every step of the way, ensuring a seamless installation process.
2) Use our Installers' Network
Don't have your own installers? No worries! We have a nationwide network of installers who are experienced with Calitec systems.
If you prefer to use our Calitec Installers' Network, we'll connect you with one of our Calitec dealers/installers in your area. Simply reach out to us, and we'll help you organize the installation efficiently and promptly.
