Installation options
The installation of Calitec systems and cylinders must be undertaken by qualified installers, in accordance with New Zealand building codes and local regulations.
We understand that choosing the right installers is crucial to your project. You have two options for your installation:
1) Use your own Qualified Installers*
If you already have a plumber and heat pump installer in your network, you're more than welcome to use them for the installation.
The installation of a Calitec system is not rocket science, and we trust your chosen experts to handle it efficiently and professionally.
The installation of the Water Heater WH-70 can be carried out by a plumber, with minimal assistance from an electrician.
For the Hot Water Split System KP-50, you will need a heat pump installer as well to connect the refrigerant pipes. Check out this Quick Installer's Info here (for KP-50).
If you opt to use your own qualified installers, refer them to this technical page for more information, if needed.
Should they require additional technical information or assistance, we are here to support them every step of the way, ensuring a seamless installation process.
2) Use our Installers' Network
Don't have your own installers? No worries! We have a nationwide network of installers who are experienced with Calitec systems.
