Can you believe it? It's been almost 6 YEARS since we started Calitec, our business dedicated to providing New Zealand with energy-efficient heat pump hot water systems.
In 2017 we were featured in the Northern Advocate newspaper as a business start-up in Northland, with a big dream of making a difference in the NZ heat pump water heating market. We were an ambitious business couple, originally from the Netherlands, and we were proud to introduce our own NZ Calitec heat pump hot water refrigerant split system.
We've come a long way since then. We've grown our business, established our name, and set up a nationwide network of installers. We've also overcome a lot of challenges along the way, including COVID, storms, worldwide uncertainty, and increasing material pricing. But through it all, we've never given up on our vision of providing New Zealand with high quality, long lasting and affordable heat pump hot water systems. We're committed to quality and innovation, and we're always looking for ways to improve our products and services.
